If for some reason you are not feeling the love, you may return new, unused gear purchased on our website for a full refund, exchange, or credit.

Instructions for Online Returns

  1. Returns are only eligible for products purchased on this website, nemoequipment.com. If you purchased the product elsewhere, please return the product to the store from which you purchased it. If this is a warranty issue, please process a warranty claim.
  2. Start the returns process using the button below, or by logging into your account and finding the returns link under the “Orders” tab.
  3. Upon reviewing your return, we will email you a return authorization number (RA#). Print this email including the RA# and include a copy in the box. If you have the original invoice, include this in the box also.
  4. Please make sure the item(s) is in new condition and clean, with all the original packaging and components.
  5. Pack the product in a sturdy cardboard box and be sure to include the return form with your item(s).
  6. Use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package. NEMO is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please be sure to include the RA# on the shipping label so we can identify the package when it arrives.
