If for some reason you are not satisfied with your NEMO product, you may return new, unused gear purchased on our website for a full refund or credit. All pro sales are final.

 

Instructions for Online Returns

      1. Returns are only eligible for products purchased on this website, nemoequipment.com. If you purchased the product elsewhere, please return the product to the store from which you purchased it. If this is a warranty issue, please process a warranty claim.
      2. Start the returns process using the button below, or by logging into your account and finding the returns link under the "Orders" tab.
      3. Upon reviewing your return, we will email you a return authorization number (RA#). Print this email including the RA# and include a copy in the box. If you have the original invoice, include this in the box also.
      4. Please make sure the item(s) is in new condition and clean, with all the original packaging and components.
      5. Pack the product in a sturdy cardboard box and be sure to include the return form with your item(s).
      6. Use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package. NEMO is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please be sure to include the RA# on the shipping label so we can identify the package when it arrives.

Return Policy

NEMO Equipment will honor returns for orders placed on our website within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Returned product(s) must be returned in new, unused, and clean condition, with all the original packaging and components. NEMO reserves the right to deny a full refund and will return items that do not meet these standards. Your refund will be issued within 2 weeks of RMA receipt to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is not available, a merchandise credit will be issued in its place. Original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as customs and duties, will not be refunded. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All pro orders are final and not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return your item and place a new order for the item of your preference. Availability of gear changes on an almost daily basis, so NEMO cannot guarantee that the product you want will be available by the time we receive and process your return. We highly recommend that you return your item(s) and place a new order on our website at the same time. This will ensure that you get the correct product quickly, and you will receive a full refund for the return no more than a week after it arrives at our warehouse.
