The NEMO Equipment Pro Program is a membership program for people who work in the outdoors, people who protect the outdoors, and people who work for the outdoor industry. An application is required for membership and is not guaranteed. The NEMO Equipment Pro Program is a program exclusively for qualified industry professionals. Membership is not guaranteed and NEMO reserves the right to suspend memberships at any time.
You will need to reapply each year to continue your membership.
Upon submission of your application you will receive an automated confirmation email. Our team will review your application and you will receive an email with a decision as soon as possible. During busy times of the year application decisions may not be approved instantly, but we will work hard to make decisions in a timely manner. Once your application has been approved, you will see a “Pro” icon in the upper right of the website when you are logged in.
Your pro account is only for you, and is meant to outfit you for the work that you do. Please do not purchase gifts or buy gear for others; violations to this rule will result in the immediate shut down of your pro account with no option to re-apply. If someone admires your NEMO gear (clients, friends or family), please refer them to our website or stores where NEMO is sold. Promotions that will be exceptions to this rule will be clearly identified.
As a member of the NEMO Equipment pro program we know that you rely on your gear for your livelihood, often logging hundreds of hours of use in the great outdoors each year. We pick our materials and construction techniques to ensure gear will last, but due to accelerated use in harsh environments we may classify certain issues as normal wear and tear that won’t qualify for warranty coverage. If this is the case we will offer repair solutions when possible.
We are happy to accept returns if the product(s) is returned in brand new, unused and clean condition, with all original packaging and components. If these conditions are not met we will not be able to accept this return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Availability is not guaranteed, but we will try hard to get you what you want. There may be items which will not qualify for a discount due to low inventory levels. If an item does not have inventory available for a discount, the full price will still be listed and you can add it to your cart. In these cases, you must process the items in your cart in two separate transactions — one for Pro items and one for regularly priced items. We cannot allow back orders on unavailable items.
Pro customers are not eligible for free shipping, unless stated in a promotion. The shipping charges are below:
For orders of $0-$99.99, the shipping is $10.
For all orders over $99.99, the shipping is $17.
Expedited shipping options are available and will vary in price depending on service level.
Shipping to HI or AK is $50.00 and will be via FedEx 2-Day service.
Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will ship at no charge via USPS Priority mail.
Taxes will be added to orders shipped to CA and WA.
