Camp Cocktails: Crane Coconut Cooler
The Crane Coconut Cooler is a refreshing camp cocktail made with lime, cucumber, coconut water, and an optional 2 oz of tequila. It comes together in under 5 minutes with no bar tools required beyond a cup and a spoon.
Inspired by our favorite beach spot on the North Shore of Massachusetts, this drink is refreshing, quick to assemble, and tastes just as good sans alcohol. Cheers!

Recipe (Makes 1)
- Juice from half of a lime
- Thinly sliced cucumber
- Coconut water
- 2 oz tequila (optional)
-
Ice

Directions
- Slice cucumber into thin strips that can easily fit in the bottom of your glass.
- Squeeze the lime juice directly into your glass and then add 2–4 strips of cucumber. Muddle together.
- Add a scoop of ice and top off with tequila (optional) and coconut water.
- Shake and pour liquid into a fresh, ice-filled glass. Garnish with additional cucumber slices.
Note: A screw-top thermos makes a great impromptu cocktail shaker, or this final step can be skipped.
Prep and serve on a stable surface like NEMO's Moonlander™ Dual-Height Camp Table — it folds flat for the drive and adjusts to counter or dining height at camp.
