At this time our online store remains fully operational and we are still accepting warranty claims. We are experiencing delays as we work to keep our warehouse team safe in these extraordinary times. Orders are currently taking up to 10 days to leave our warehouse from the time of ordering. If you do have a question our customer service team is available to answer via email or phone.

Free Shipping on Domestic Orders

We offer free standard shipping on website orders over $99 to the lower 48 Contiguous States.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order departs from the warehouse. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Shipping Options

NEMO utilizes FedEx and USPS for web order fulfillment. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Please contact us if shipping your order to a PO Box is the only option; otherwise the order will ship via USPS if no contact is made within 2 business days

Estimated Shipping Time

Web orders shipping via ground service typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days. You may experience delays in shipping as we are working with the California Safer at Home Mandate.

In order to keep your financial information safe we employ a fraud screening service to verify all web orders. This screening can occasionally result in automatically canceled orders. If you receive a notification that your order has been cancelled please contact our customer service team for assistance.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays – for express orders made on these occasions, we will process them on the next business day.

International Shipping

Only orders shipped within the United States or to valid APO/FPO addresses can be accepted through our website at this time. For international inquiries, please see our dealer locator.

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. Please double-check the ship-to address you provide with your order. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Tent Shipping Restrictions

We produce a variety of products that do not contain fire retardant chemicals; however, certain states still require tents to be treated with these chemicals. Because of this, we are restricted from shipping certain items into the following states: California, Louisiana, Minnesota, and New Jersey. If the product you want to purchase is not allowed to ship into one of these states there will be a note on the product page.

Sleeping Pad Repair Kit Shipping Restrictions

The adhesive in the pad repair kits contain hazardous or flammable materials and may only be shipped to North American addresses. Cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories or international addresses. Other shipping restrictions may apply.

Does NEMO ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, any order shipped via USPS can be sent to a PO box. FedEx CANNOT ship to a PO Box.

Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO addresses!

What holidays will delay my shipping?

Ship dates may be delayed due to warehouse closure on certain dates. We will post a notice on the site on those dates.

Can products be shipped to a different mailing address than the billing address?

Yes they can!
