NEMO utilizes FedEx and UPS Ground services for web order fulfillment.
Web orders typically leave our warehouse within 2 business days.
NEMO will ship all Express web orders made by 2 p.m. EST on the day they are processed through our website. Express web orders made after 2 p.m. EST may ship the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays – for orders made on these occasions, we will process the next business day.
Please note that FedEx and UPS will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Please call us if shipping your order to a PO Box is the only option; order will ship via USPS if no contact is made within 2 business days.
International Orders & Shipping:
Only orders shipped within the United States can be accepted through our website at this time. For Canadian, APO, or FPO addresses please contact us at journey@nemoequipment.com or 800-997-9301.

Shipping Limitations:
When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. Please double-check the ship-to address you provide with your order. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
