Team Nike Wins Primal Quest 2008

PQ_nike on ridgeTeam Nike, supported by NEMO Equipment, has won the 2008 Primal Quest in Big Sky, Montana. Finishing in 5 days, 11 hours, 19 minutes and 45 seconds, Team Nike covered 512 miles with over 100,000 feet of vertical gain. They beat their closest competitor by nearly 15 hours. This is Team Nike’s 5th consecutive Primal Quest adventure race victory. 

Team Nike used NEMO’s Nano Elite, our new adventure racing shelter for 2009. Nano Elite is designed to be a 4 person adventure racing tent or 2 person ultralight backpacking tent. The current adventure racing world champion team is made up of Mike Kloser, of Vail, CO; Monique Merrill of Breckenridge, CO; Michael Tobin of Boise, ID; and New Zealand endurance phenom Chris Forne.
